Look on, ye Mighty, and despair! The super-rare, highly-coveted, priceless, and sought-out: Parker Guitars luggage tag!
I happen to come across mine recently and I figured I'd share this little bit of Parker Guitars nerd-lore for those who may not have seem them. These luggage tags were introduced post-2003 and could be obtained by completing the warranty registration information:
A nice perk and cool way of encouraging people to register their guitars! Obviously, these tags aren't really "highly-coveted" (I don't think!), but, since you can only buy Parker Guitars on the used market, some people might not be aware that these lovely little tags could be had. Imagine the jealous passengers on the plane as you walk past them with your Parker Guitars Luggage Tag-adorned carry-on!

Re: Parker Guitars Luggage Tag
I didn't know the tags were special but I guess I should have figured that out huh?
I was lucky enough to find one tucked inside the guitar case when I bought my PM20 it from the original owner, the case being a Les Paul hard shell.
Later on I replaced it with a genuine padded Parker guitar bag and the tag now proudly hangs from the handle!

Hahaha that’s the spirit: the pride of ownership that only a luggage tag can convey!
Re: Parker Guitars Luggage Tag
It’s such a small and random part of Parker Guitars history, and it has absolutely no impact on my playing...so, why, even if someone offered to buy my luggage tags, would I hard-pass on selling them?!
I can see the Reverb listing now:
“Limited Edition Parker Guitars Luggage Tag! Rare!”

And that Reverb price will be $1000 or best offer. Rare!vjmanzo wrote: ↑Mon Jan 27, 2020 11:59 am

Re: Parker Guitars Luggage Tag
I am jealous, all that came with my Parker was a key to lock it shut.
Now I've always wondered about that. If someone was to steal my Parker (God forbid) would a locked case stop them?
