Hey Guys!
I just want to know what would you consider a no brainer price or a steal on a Fly Supreme from 05, condition is mint.
Seller currently ask for 3k5 but I don't know the market around this particular model.
I'll be happy to hear you guys about that.
Chhers

@KenanJ, is that price in USD? If so, recent Supreme and Artist sale prices have ranged from $4,000 to $6,000 USD; which would contextualize $3.5k as being a low asking price. If not USD, you can convert the prices I'm presenting:
Based on current and recently ended listings, speculators willing to overpay for Flys of all SKUs advertised as being in "mint" or "excellent" condition (even when the condition is
misrepresented) appear to constitute the bulk of sales
and asking prices exceeding $4,000, with sales ranging from $2-4.5k being all over the place in terms of condition, and competing listings in the lower range of prices ($2-2.5k) appearing to sit for longer - ostensibly a consequence of attracting less speculator attention.
So, depending on which currency your Supreme is priced in, you could either be acquiring a more popular model for a "good" price, or overpaying as a consequence of international speculators competing for Supreme or Artist models having driven prices up in recent years.
For additional context: Having owned and deliberately sold a Supreme below market value (the buyer still ended up paying close to $4,000, due to sales tax), I don't feel the cosmetics or increased weight of an all-maple body necessarily justify asking prices in the aftermarket being two or more times that of Deluxes, Classics, or Mojos (something I primarily attribute to the Parker Guitars aftermarket being niche and speculator-driven).

Hey @mmmguitar ,
Thanks for your complete answer, the price is in EUR it's local listing in my country so I was wondering how it aligns to international market.
Thb, I felt like 3k EUR would be a steal imho, but with what you say maybe I'm just in a collector rush so maybe I'll keep and eye for it from a distance, anyways I definetly love the weight on my 94' deluxe, is the supreme really heavier or it's just a matter of (grams)?
Cheers

I was speaking to a potential difference of perhaps only three to five hundred grams - Not significantly more; and still much lighter than most guitars. I think weight is, by far, the spec which fluctuated the most in Fly production (My heaviest was over 3.2kg!).
My comparison was for the sake of stating which
tangible differences between a Deluxe and a Supreme an owner is most likely to note when switching from one to the other; and how I personally feel those differences don't necessarily justify the difference in pricing we see in the aftermarket. Having purchased my Supreme for approximately €2,300 in June of 2020, during a period where speculators were buying up all the other Fly listings priced under €1,850, to see so many of those same guitars immediately re-listed for double the price was a shocking development:
For five years or so prior to that speculator bubble forming, Parker and Carvin had been perhaps the two most notably depreciated high-quality brands (and best kept secrets) in the aftermarket. I still own the Fly I purchased for €554 a few months after the brand was discontinued, and Guitar Centers would occasionally sell used Flys for as low as €185, simply because they had a reputation for sitting unsold for
years due to a combination of being regarded as "ugly" and "plastic" guitars, store employees never knowing how to set them up and, from July 2015-onward, the knowledge that there would no longer be any aftersale support for spare parts or warranty repairs. It is now a much different world for those wanting to try a Parker guitar.

Agreed, although my taste has changed to preference for solid colors while the guitar market seems to value figured tops as much as ever. I'd trade out of my Supreme if it could bring back two solid Flys (certain colors) at this point.

Mine weighs slightly over 2.5 kg. Still a featherweight guitar by any standard but noticeably heavier than the Deluxes I've played.

Sorry I haven't logged on in a while. I can't remember all of the colors from each era and would have to think about this. From the original Deluxe solid colors, the emerald green is my favorite and the only one I'd probably veto is the Italian plum. Any hardtail would be nice even preferred actually.

What is really funny, is that as much as I want a Supreme I would not trade my hardtail for it!
