This seems right to me as well—it could also be an aftermarket jack that the previous owner installed.

Thank you. I'll try different positions of the black nut today. Can you tell if it's the original jack?

Now I have the black nut as far away as possible and the problem with the mono cable is gone. With the stereo cable it still is, but it does less. When I turn the stereo cable, at one point the guitar stops playing. At that point, the red light flashes once. Yesterday I tried a second Parker Stereo cable and the problem is the same. After that I tried some old shit stereo cable and everything is fine. Looks like the whole problem is in the original Parker stereo cable. I feel the mono cable will fit nicely into the jack. The original Stereo doesn't fit as nicely. Maybe it has a slightly different dimension? I think I'll buy another stereo jack and be done with it.
