hello,
well the Fly is nearly finished...
i'm soooo exited ... Juggernout just arrived...
and it works... no need to carve any holes nor do any damage to my lovely fly...
for my inner wiring i'll use best silcon coated high end computer wire ...
because if i'll do ... than use the best available and they are much more flexible than normal wires...
more about later... need to play now the new...
more next post...

Flying high with my Black Deluxe from 95 and some more...
Re: Flying high with my Black Deluxe from 95 and some more...
life is what you make it...
You should have no difficulty looking at stains on the walls or the ashes of a fire or the clouds or mud, and if you look closely at these things you will find wonderful new ideas, because the mind is stimulated by insignificant things to new inventions.

Gorgeosity! That spaghetti factory (and posting from work, most days) is why I haven’t yet posted a usable photo or diagram of my similarly modded Fly. Maybe some day...
Again: Please let us know how the Juggernaut gets along with the Fly.

Re: Flying high with my Black Deluxe from 95 and some more...
hello,
many thx for the comments and likes...
well here a few more pic's...
all is done now and the Juggernaout sounds amazing... a beast...
but for dist. sounds it's to me the best... he has a true punch...
compared to the org PU ... he has much more output as well..
but absolute quiet now... changed the wiring a little...
used bare knuckels wiring for 2 humbucker and split ...
+ there Paper in Oil Tone Capacitor 0,022µF...
you have to remove the pole pieces and shorten them..
or use the once from the Parker PU...
and also remove the back plate...
that's all... if you play flat like me...
you have around 4mm space between strings and upper PU plate...
now you can screw in the pole pieces to your liking ...
you can order also shorter pole pieces @BK or @ you fav store...
maybe i'll get all in black ... later... but now i'm sooo happy...
after shielding the complete back plate and inner carving ... all is perfect...
checkt the grounding on every place... these copper stuff is amazing...
go and buy little thicker... it helps a lot when fidding with it and it's better for shielding...
don't want to mess with paint...
and man do i'll love the new 14 pin plug... that's feels so much better now...
it's worth to do also... so much better... would like to change the plug on my Boss SY-1000 too now...
and only use this professional plug...
also added the bigger toggle for Midi Up/Down so that it looks like the other...
it's also a C&K momentary toggle... love those professional gear...
als the Hipshot tuner are amazing... get the stacked one from 19 to 21...
they fitting perfect with the universal mounting plate... noo need to drill!!!
only the Emmerson Vol poti feel cheap... for the price...
moves too easy...
any recommendation? thx
would also love to change the C&K toggles to black... but they don't have them in black...
only tool you need for this mod are a Dremel ... for making the hole for the hexpander wires little bigger...
i'll used 8mm ...
the rest works out of da box... space is enough ...
little proud about the ring led light when she is on fire
it's also like a kill switch ... basically it cut's the power of the midi and kills the analog signal..
not that i'll will use it much... more important to see that the connection is working ... hence the blue light...
much better as a red nasty plastic push btn ...
this is aluminum... black ... high quality ... like everything on a Parker
same goes to the 14 pin ... hope i'll can get one in black ... or i'll paint this one...
finally ... the best.. no new holes ... no new layout... same look and feel but
best Distortion sound now and full Midi with professional 14 Pin plug...
to me this is a Fly Deluxe 2021 and i'm full i'n love...

Re: Flying high with my Black Deluxe from 95 and some more...
and here some more...
distance string to juggernaout.. it's just enough if you play flat... eg 2mm @ fret 12 not polished yet... haha but you can see the new Midi Toggle... need a black screw ...coming soon... and here with the new 14 pin connector and the blue light...
it's also dimmable... forgot to tell... so if too bright ... no problem... and finally the wiring i'll used .... now i'll need to play...
all the best
