All,
Have been reading some of the excellent posts on this forum about pickups and pickup sizes in the Nitefly models.
I have a 2005 Nitefly Mojo Flame in translucent blue and I noticed that the thin E string was quite weaker sounding than the other strings.
What Marc (mmmguitar) mentioned about marking paper or using anything else to gauge the distance between the outside pole pieces caught my eye (viewtopic.php?t=888). Well, it turns out the distance between the centre of the 2 outside screws on the bridge pickup are narrower (between 49 and 50mm) than the strings over them.
I removed the pickups to see exactly what models were installed in the guitar. It was advertised as having Dimarzios when I purchased. Well that is BS. They are Seymour Duncans. SH2 in the neck and SH4 in the bridge position (see below). Being a fan of the SD Jazz and JB Trembucker set, I've ordered a new set of these given I got them for a good price (based on street prices here in Australia). Enjoying learning more about this guitar and the great way it feels for a small guy like me.

Good discovery, @cobber! Excited to hear what you think of the Jazz and JB combo in that NiteFly Mojo!
