011 on 010 tremolo spring, is it okay??

I don't do arming, is it okay to put 011 on 010 Tremolo spring?? Thank you!

The spring rating is only a guideline - If your 10 spring counterbalances the tension of your 11-49 set with the bridge aligned straight as it should be, then it works. Note that you need the width of the stock Fly nut slots enlarged to accommodate the string set you're using, or else they will bind when bending or using the trem; and go out of tune. If you don't use the bar, you may wish to block the trem with wood or a steel rod cut to length; for peace of mind.
