Very cool, @cmk1707! Congrats! It looks like it was once a NiteFly MIDI 👌

Happy to help!

The Fly and NiteFly bridge are very similar, but the NiteFly bridge has a base that extends a little lower than a Fly bridge and has three holes in it to accommodate the springs—I’ll see if I have a spare to take a photo. I’d recommend that you contact Mike Gallenberger at Gman.music on Reverb or wiguitar on eBay to see if the part you need is available in his stock. He doesn’t seem to have any NiteFly bridges listed at the moment, but he may have one in stock offline.

The bushings of the Fly are also different from the NiteFly—the NiteFly bushings were glued in at the factory. These are the correct bushings: https://reverb.com/item/41814056-2-new- ... t=41814056

I speak for everyone here when I say that we all love a good “build thread🙂 so please keep us posted on your work! We’re all rooting for you 👌

Thank you so much for your reply! I was looking at eBay and found a Parker Bridge with a hole in it to hang the spring. Would this fit?? 🤩

Can I buy a modeled saddle? I don't use a piezo! Or is this saddle sold on eBay compatible? I'm sorry for many questions..🥹

Those saddles are compatible as they appear to be original parts. 👍

Officially, those gold saddles should be compatible (we've had people encounter issues with production tolerances before). You can also email Graph Tech with a request to purchase a set of Fly saddles without the piezo elements; and they'll discount it. It will be more expensive than the eBay listing - It's just a matter of whether you can live with gold saddles or not.

Here's a cheap listing for the screws you'll use to secure the saddles to the bridge (You may be able to find a set of 6 for cheaper, if you shop around):

The screw shafts are slightly longer than the factory ones, but they fit my '97 Fly just fine.

What exactly is the role of bridge bushing? I don't think it's going to fit in the bridge hole..

According to your pictures, the bushings are already there. They keep the bridge in place and steady.
