We're in the process of machining some jack tightening tools like this to make them available: A wrench like this—known as a pin spanner—can be used to tighten the top portion of the output jack while preventing the barrel of the jack from rotating. The early Fly jack is a cool design, but rotating the jack can tear the delicate flex PCB cable inside the guitar.
