I’ve only made one transaction through that Facebook group from a guy named Jeremy who sold me a beat-up Fly, which had all its frets in the photos he sent, but was missing five upon receipt—not fallen off: missing. He, understandably, ghosted me when I tried to come to some sort of resolution. PayPal did nothing to help me and I did follow the proper protocols. That was a few years ago, but it was definitely an eye-opener about scammers in niche communities.

Sorry that happened to you brother But you know what, Karma took care of this all pretty quickly. 2 Windfalls in a row and I've seemingly lost no money now lol crazy world we live in bro. It felt like I was getting punished for trying to do a good deed there for a minute, and then things turned around so I'm thankful.
