PM20 Locking Tuners

Post by kurrykid »

Does anyone know what locking tuners will work on the Parker PM20? I see the PM20 PRO comes with Sperzel locking tuners but they don't say which ones.

Thank you.

<embarrassed>So, I discovered I already have locking tuners my PM20</embarrassed> I thought I did but they looked different as they don't have the nut on the bottom that you spin to lock.

I just recently got it out to start playing again. I'll tell you for a ~$500 guitar, the PM20 is really a nice guitar.

For future reference, they are the Grover locking tuners. A nice addition to the PM20.

Yup, the PM20 is a beautifully made and comfortable player. I love mine.

Generally, I've never felt the need for locking tuners on a non-trem guitar, and the stock ones on the PM20 work just fine, but then I'm not an aggressive player or even gigging or recording so I can see where they would be helpful in those conditions just to add a little more stability insurance.

How about a pic or two of your baby? ;)
