I completely agree! I only bought one Fly directly from Parker Guitars and it came with a great factory setup; they even asked me what guage string I use (10s)! Many of the Flys I've bought on the used market have needed some mild setups, in particular, some slight nut filing. I know that @Ken Parker made a tool that allowed his team to put a finished guitar into a press, press a button, and have 6 perfectly cut nut slots punched into the nut--very cool concept!
