Ya say you've been gasping for a Fly forever?
Ya say you can't find one that costs less than a new Buick?
Ya say you'd sell your ancient Norwegian grandmother for one?
Say, here's an idea. . .
I was scrolling through a local guitar dealer's website, looking at pickups and other goodies in my PJ's, ya know, like ya do.
I decided to have a look at their guitar kit offerings just for fun, when what to my wandering should appear but this:

The construction and electronics is not even close to the real thing but hey!
On a dimly lit stage, when observed through heavy lenses, ya just might pull it off!

I remember seeing those and the strat/floyd trem models for sale on eBay in the late 00s. I think a good April Fools’ joke would be VJ redirecting FlyClone.com to an Etsy page selling those.

Might be able to find a p30 or a p38 with a non functioning piezo for close to the same price! I’ve managed to find a fully functioning p38 for $350 after toying around with the idea of building a Parker knock off. (More of just for the look for a custom build as I’d never tear into an authentic Parker)

Cs Harper has a video on his Facebook page or if you google something along the lines of diy Parker guitar and the Parker kit has a graph tech acoustiphonic installed and it sounds pretty nice!
