Just an update for future users with this problem.....

I received my Parker P44 Pro back from the repair shop today.

They fitted -

GRAPHTECH GHOST - PE-0240-00

This kit cost £85.00 on Amazon.


I would say thank you to all the forum members that helped me out.

https://www.fishman.com/portfolio/powerchip/ Indeed; that's the current version of the preamp that was in your guitar. Has a technician determined that the preamp needs replaced? Anyone out there have any advice on the Fishman PCB or the Graphtech replacement PCB ? Both parts are readily available. If you enjoy the stock switching, sticking with Fishman is the simplest fix (the Powerchip volume pot and PCB is one piece of hardware). Graphtech has a more versatile modular sy...

Hello, I am trying to find information on how to repair a Parker P44 Pro. I purchased the lovely guitar and there is no sound. Its completely dead. The battery became VERY hot and started to smoke. I have dropped off the guitar to a repair company. Does anyone have any advice on what part I may need...
