Re: Unique Classic
I used to have one. It's a Maple Custom which was basically a less figured Supreme. I remember the neck pickup sounding amazing. Wish I hadn't sold it.

Re: Parker Fly Deluxe vs Mojo
- Expect a heavier instrument with a thicker body/neck.
This is only true if it's a US Music model. I am an avid fan of the original Mojo's made in MA under Ken. My 03 and early 04 Mojos are not thicker than my other pre-refiner Parkers.

Re: what are the worst and best years of manufacture
I recently learned that the 2007-2011 frets take off in the fly.
I imagine these are the worst years to buy one ?
is this also the case with the nitefly ?
personally i dont feel any US Music are consistent or reliable and within a few years of taking over, they downgraded many of the components ...

This one: https://reverb.com/item/18089834-parker-fly-supreme-1997 sold for 4700 and change 4 years ago. Pretty specimen.
9K is a little excessive for my taste.
Honestly, if I found a minty one for 4K I'd jump on it - get in debt and buy it! I just can't justify 9 Gs for anything like that. I ...

Re: New to this board - longtime Parker player
The same person who confirmed this to me more recently told me Ken said he called the color "bronzarine"
That was me! 😊 Glad we’ve found eachother again, @Neongreenman and welcome!

New to this board - longtime Parker player

I didn't even know this board existed, but am excited that it does. Just found it today.
I am a long time Parker nut with a lot of history with these guitars and the brand. I also am pretty knowledgeable about models, features, materials, build quality, etc. So I am happy to be a ...

Re: Parker Fly PPG Paint Codes
I had to jump through some hoops not just to get these codes, but to get the modern equivalents. Some of the "ingredients" are not made anymore and they have to find a modern equivalent. I was able to get the metallic black for the back of a mojo flame and heather gray - both at a local auto shop.
